She is an experienced public speaker on a range of subjects encompassing wellness in the workplace, sports nutrition, stress management through diet and has an extensive knowledge of the nutritional aspects of all matters relating to health and wellbeing.
Jeraldine will advise on options to grab on the move, by providing one to one consultations, demonstrations in your own home, showing you how to cook and prepare simple nutritious family meals.
She recognises that each person is an individual with unique requirements and takes time to define a personalised nutrition plan rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
